Cash Advance in Different State?

Just want to know If I'm visiting another state, is it possible to get a cash advance in that state, even though I reside in a different one?

Today, most cash advance company’s do business online. For you to have access to a fast payday cash advance loan, one of the requirements is that you must have a checking account. Now, most checking accounts come with a debit card so you can withdraw your funds from any ATM.
Technically, yes, you can go online and apply for a cash advance loan, and if your application is approved the funds will be deposited into your account within 24 hours, not considering your location.
However, if you decide to apply in person then it might not be possible. For example if you are visiting New York and you live in Boston, MA, and you walk into a Cash advance store for a loan. Most times once your ID shows you live out of state with an out of state address, the store would not want to deal with you. I do not know if it’s the law, but that’s what I found out from research.
